Semicon Europa

Semicon Europa
AlixLabs will attend SEMICON Europa 2026 in Munich, Germany, November 10–13, exhibiting as part of the Silicon Saxony joint booth. CEO Jonas Sundqvist and Deputy CEO Per-Anders Eriksson will represent the company at one of Europe’s most important gatherings for the semiconductor industry.
Held alongside electronica at Messe München, SEMICON Europa brings together semiconductor manufacturers, equipment and materials suppliers, research organizations and technology innovators from across the global microelectronics ecosystem. The event provides a key platform for collaboration as Europe continues to strengthen its semiconductor manufacturing capabilities and supply chains.
At SEMICON Europa, AlixLabs will present its Atomic Pitch Splitting (APS™) technology and the Sax Forma equipment platform, developed to address the growing complexity and cost of advanced semiconductor patterning. By using Atomic Layer Etching (ALE) to increase pattern density while reducing the number of processing steps, APS™ offers a new approach to extending semiconductor scaling for next-generation logic and memory devices.
AlixLabs’ participation follows several important milestones in 2026, including the launch of Sax Forma and the initiation of an APS™ technology evaluation within the NanoIC pilot line, coordinated by imec. These developments mark significant steps toward the industrial adoption of APS™ technology.
Through its presence at the Silicon Saxony joint booth, AlixLabs looks forward to engaging with European and international partners, customers and industry stakeholders to discuss advanced patterning challenges, equipment integration and opportunities for future collaboration.
